Leadership & Community
Contributing to the developer community through teaching, mentoring, and organizing technical events.
My involvement at Coder's Cafe, Jaipur Engineering College, has been a journey of personal growth and community building. From mentoring juniors to leading club initiatives, I strive to foster a culture of technical excellence and collaboration.
Coder's Cafe Journey
- Early Days
Member, Coder's Cafe
Began my journey with active participation in technical activities, coding discussions, and assisting in organizing community events. This early involvement shaped my understanding of what a healthy technical community looks like.
- Previous Role
DSA Head, Coder's Cafe
Led weekly Data Structures and Algorithms mentoring sessions, helping students build strong problem-solving foundations. Covered recursion, backtracking, graphs, and dynamic programming — and guided members through competitive programming preparation.
- Current Position
Vice President, Coder's Cafe
Responsible for guiding club initiatives, organizing technical workshops, and mentoring students across all technical tracks. Driving the strategic vision for the technical community at Jaipur Engineering College.
Teaching & Mentorship
True mastery comes from the ability to teach. I enjoy breaking down complex algorithmic concepts and making them accessible — whether that's through structured sessions, one-on-one walkthroughs, or live debugging during contests.
- Conducted weekly DSA mentoring sessions covering arrays, linked lists, trees, graphs, and dynamic programming.
- Helped students understand recursion, backtracking, and graph traversal through hands-on problem walkthroughs.
- Assisted juniors in preparing for coding interviews — explaining patterns, time complexity, and clean code practices.
- Guided students during college coding contests, hackathons, and competitive programming rounds.
Events & Activities
Programming Contests
Organized and moderated campus-wide competitive programming contests. Designed balanced problem sets covering varied difficulty levels and ensured fair, well-structured evaluation.
Technical Workshops
Conducted workshops on backend development fundamentals, Git workflows, REST API design, and efficient problem-solving strategies — making backend concepts accessible to beginners.
College Tech Events
Played a core organizer role in the annual college technical fest — coordinating between technical clubs, managing event schedules, and ensuring smooth execution across the full event.
Team Sports & Collaboration
Playing basketball taught me things no classroom could — real-time decision making, trusting teammates, and staying composed under pressure. These lessons translate directly into how I approach collaborative engineering and leadership.
Communication, collective responsibility, and adapting to the team's needs are values I carry into every project and mentoring relationship.
Why Community Matters
“Technology moves too fast for anyone to learn everything alone. A community is a safe space to fail, a catalyst for learning, and a platform to amplify individual strengths.”
Developers who learn in communities grow faster — they get feedback sooner, see different approaches to the same problem, and build the communication skills that matter as much as code.
My goal is to keep building spaces where technical excellence and empathy coexist, so that every aspiring engineer has the mentorship and resources they need to reach their potential.
Let's Build and Learn Together
Whether it's a new technical project or a community initiative, I'm always open to collaboration and discussion.
